I’ve worked for large and small agencies. On ginormous accounts and mom-and-pops. From New York and Dallas, to Miami and SoCal. Along the way, I’ve created things that made a lot of people proud, happy, and successful. And made a lot of great friends that I can’t imagine not having.
I’m a writer to the core. With an eye for design. And a passion for data. Yup, data. To the degree that I’ve been called an Excel Ninja. Whatever that is, I think it was a compliment.
What I enjoy most, though, is bringing all those elements together — discovering, defining, and creating the truth of a brand. Because when you nail it, you know it. So does the world. Not too long ago, I had a client well up with tears of pride in a brand strategy meeting. Swear to God. A once-in-a-career occurrence, but exactly what stokes my fire — knowing I can genuinely make a difference. And often do.
